I bring my 10 year old daughter to the kids class as well and she loves it! “Great place for bjj in Holland. Plus they have a sight in GR you can go to with your membership. Mostly worked with Migel when I was going here and classes were great. Gi and Nogi but most people just go to gi classes. The other students are generally younger athletic guys that will work you. Only downside is my feet always seemed to get torn up here from the mat but I just started preemptively taping them. Recommend if you're in the area.”
