“Hands down the best place to train. There's always a class every day aside from Sunday. The prices are very competitive. Roy is one of the most personable caring coaches you will ever meet. He keeps the adults on their toes, and he does an amazing job with the kids. He keeps them entertained and engaged. While the classes seem very light-hearted, there's purpose in everything they do. The training is meticulous, precise, and well thought out. If you give 100%, you'll get 120% from the coaches. There's a reason they have such a high retention rate for people that stick with it. It's not uncommon to see people that have been training there for over a decade. You won't find a better place to train. If your on the bench, go in and try a class. You won't regret it.”
