“They require year long contracts which they threaten to enforce legally, regardless of your reasons for being unable to continue attending (except for serious injury or moving a certain number of miles away). You can pay for classes up front or monthly but they do require you to sign a YEAR long contract. This is the only school in the area that I'm aware of that requires year long contracts to attend. The classes are significantly more expensive than any other BJJ / MMA gym in the area. Most of the classes I attended were overcrowded, leading to a generally uncomfortable learning experience. There are MMA / BJJ gyms in Harrisburg, Lancaster, and Elizabethtown that provide significantly better value and don't require year long contracts to attend.”
