“They offer striking & grappling at all levels, which is great! The kids coach seems to really care about the kids in the class & has unique strategies that enable kids to reach their full potential. The head instructor is professional, insightful, and you can tell that he really cares about what he is doing. He has a personal hands on approach with all of the students - at every level & age -- and will adeptly navigate any deficiencies or concerns. Rolls are tough, but everyone there is very helpful and accommodating to new members. The gym is growing and they keep innovating, so I'm excited to see where they go from here.
