DiBenedetto's Karate Jiu-Jitsu

“I signed my children up for karate lessons at this establishment in October of 2015 and was not informed my checking account would be billed monthly for 247.00. This has resulted in my account being debited for 7410.00 over 2.5 years. The account this establishment billed is one I do not use regularly therefore do not check the account at all times. Also, the charge that came through is via a secondary billing company Educational Funding Company and did not appear to be from the karate establishment. I also pay multiple school loans through this account and the charge stated it was a tuition charge which was very misleading as I am already paying education loans through this account. I was not informed beforehand that these charges were continuous and when I called the owner explaining what had occurred he refused to return any of the charges and even remove my account from his misleading billing practices. He claims the karate lessons are actually set up like a health club which is not how this was explained to me when I signed up for these lessons or I would not have done it. I was not informed they would take my check information and charge me continuously. I feel that his practices are fraudulent, misleading, and border on identity theft.”
