“Stopped in to train while I was in town and felt like I walked into my home gym! Everyone was very hospitable and friendly. There were several places to change, bottled water in the fridge, and I heard they even have free beer after class sometimes! Diego was teaching the class and demonstrated the technique of the day in detail, and after a few rounds, we did several "king of the hill" rounds, followed by rolling. Overall, a high quality gym, good people, and excellent training!”
