“I dropped into the gym while visiting relatives in the area. Manny and the staff were friendly, they offer many levels of Jiu jitsu and other martial arts from competition to kids classes. The gym has a great atmosphere!”

“Incredible instruction from Manny "The Dragon" Muro. Always a positive environment with high energy and great people. I would recommend this place to martial artists of all levels, many beginners and fighters have found a home here. Gym is also very clean. Perfect place to train for competition or get into the best shape of your life.”
