“Phenomenal gym. Only leaving because I am moving. If you're looking to get into BJJ or Muay Thai/MMA, the coaches are attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. There hasn't been a class that I don't look forward to. A special shout out to the Striking/MMA programs, coach Lee is wonderful and helps you hit the ground running from the start. If there's a gym to join in Duluth, it's this one.”

“Phenomenal jiu jitsu between the crew and the coaches. Dusty is a pleasure to talk to and work with as is Lee and Michael. The skill level and atmosphere is one of the best I’ve come across. I’ve trained for almost 5 years bouncing all over for Uncle Sam and I can easily say this has been one of my favorites. The coaches here are great at identifying what a person is good at and what they need to work on, and then giving guidance for success. My bjj has absolutely gotten better here.”

“Great gym! I am a black belt and have trained at a lot of gyms. Drengr is one of the few gyms that looks into the science of developing skills on the mat. Great coaching and everyone was very welcoming. If you’re in the area this is the spot to train.”
