“I was visiting So Cal for a few days and was looking for a gym to train at for a day or two; Electric was exactly what I was looking for. As soon as you walk in you get a very friendly welcome by everyone in the gym, including the instructor Joao Assis. Joao is a world champion who teaches great technique and goes to every person to make sure they have the move down before moving on. He also has the members do a few tough rounds - I think that day it was like five or six 6-minute rounds - which was also great.
