The adult and kids(Bully Proof)class are very well taught by an experienced, patient and knowledgeable instructor (Coach Bobby Ryan). All classes teach self defense, build confidence and are super fun to attend. If you will do one thing for yourself, or child, learn most effective form of self defense with Element!
