“Dropped in at Elemental for a class while visiting my folks in Miami. I live in Pittsburgh. Professor Ernesto and all his students were incredibly welcoming. Had a great (sweaty!) class with plenty of good technique instruction, and some fun live rolls. I’m a 48 year old, 138lb purple belt and sometimes when visiting gyms, the younger big guys will try to crush you to prove something. Not the case here.
