It’s family owned and family friendly with high level competition and instruction from top professional athletes. My children started when they were 3 years old (both neurodivergent) and the classes are very well organized with the engagement, structure and compassion they need to succeed. I joined them and started BJJ at 30 years old because of the warm and welcoming family friendly environment. They have high level competition classes, beginners classes, kids classes, and a women’s only class. This gym is truly “Jiu Jitsu for the whole family”.”

“I was in Orlando for one week and dropped in to train here with this gym. I called ahead and received an answer immediately, despite being outside of their normal operating hours. The staff here was extremely friendly and welcoming, in addition to the students/practitioners! The instructors made me feel at home here, and treated me like I was one of their own students.. providing me with attention quality instruction. Additionally, I observed a lot of safety precautions implemented into their training here which showed how much the coaches really care about the well-being of their students.
