“A great place to train with really amazing professors and coaches. There’s a women’s class on Wednesdays, although the regular adults classes usually have a few women in them, too. The kids classes are rowdy and fun to watch before the adult classes start. They also offer Muay Thai and judo, but the timing is off for me and I don’t have room for any more gear!”
