Owner and head coach Dustin Brooks is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, make sure that both beginners and experienced participants feel comfortable. The gym is clean, and the equipment is well-maintained. We primarily attended the Muay Thai/kickboxing classes due to their convenient scheduling. Coaches Lane and Bobby are experts in their field, great at breaking down complex techniques into easily understandable concepts. Their instruction is beginner-friendly, yet they skillfully ramp up the intensity, introducing fun and engaging combinations and techniques as you progress. I can't recommend this gym enough. You'll meet great people, learn new skills, and get an excellent workout.”
