Professor Brian, Coach Robyn, and the staff are wonderful, detailed, and promote a place of learning. I’ve met so many wonderful people from all ages and they have a wonderful kids program as well. The school has a solid foundation in grappling, wrestling, jiu jitsu, and a great approach to fitness. Check them out if you are in the area!”

“I have 3 kids in the program at ESG and I cannot say enough positive things about the way they run class and interact with the kids. We have tried several other reputable wrestling/bjj programs at other facilities and nothing compares to the attention the kids get to make sure they are learning the technique correctly. I should also add that We have kids in both the youth and junior classes. My 3 year is in the younger class and he is WILD. Coach Robyn is able to keep him focused and learning all while having a blast. I can’t thank her enough for having the patience and skill set that she does.”

“Evolution is hands down the best place for kids and adults. Myself and my son both are members here and I couldn’t rave more. The kids class is organized, fun, and educational. The instructors know just how hard to push the kids while still letting them have fun. Critical life lessons are being instilled in them and they don’t even know it. Can’t find that in kids sports anymore today in my opinion. The trainers truly care about your kids! On the other hand, the adult’s class is like no other. The camaraderie and teamwork is what kept me coming back. As a woman new to the sport I never ever felt inadequate. In fact they always made me feel the opposite. I’ve always wanted to compete (for years) and this place gave me the courage and skills to do so. More than happy!”

“If you are second guessing on starting your BJJ journey I would stop and check this place out!! You will feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. Robyn will introduce herself and introduce you to EVERYONE. Coach Brian is very knowledgeable and helpful. They will make sure you are paired with someone that will be able to work with you while teaching you at the same time. I’ve been going since November of 2019 and wished I had started sooner. You’ll be tired, you’ll tap more than you would like to, and you’ll get your butt kicked in more ways than one but it’s all worth it. It’s a great workout and you will meet a ton of cool people in the process. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”
