“Flow Jiu Jitsu is a fantastic place to train. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and accomplished BJJ practitioners who are also very patient and supportive to everyone who comes in the door. The coaches and team treat everyone like family, and make you feel like you belong there no matter what your age, skill and fitness level are. One of the biggest advantages is the number of classes and open mat sessions available each week, morning and evening, all available for a very reasonable monthly fee. Love this place.”

“Flow Jiu-Jitsu is a nice BJJ school in Winona. Noah is the head instructor and a very helpful coach. He's knowledgeable and passionate about Jiu Jitsu being an active competitor and constantly studies it. The gym he runs is welcoming to new people and in a nice location in Winona.”

“Flow yoga and martial arts is a great place to learn brazilian jiu jitsu. Not only is it a great place to learn jiu jitsu, it is also a place where you can build character, self confidence, and self esteem. I was nervous at first, however everyone there is kind and welcoming. We motivate each other to become better with our techniques and skill, while setting the example that when things get tough, you push through. I am glad to be apart of the community at flow yoga and martial arts.”
