“Great family friendly school that is clean with a lot of mat space. The school also has workout equipment with a nice changing room. The school has a large selection of class times early morning to evening, BJJ, women only, law enforcement only and workout classes. Family owned and operated and the owners are very interested in the success of their students.”

“Joining this gym is like gaining a family. It’s a great sport for any age, whether you are looking to get in shape or for self defense the coaches have you covered in yoga, strength training, and Jiu Jitsu.”

“Great experience… all of the coaches are very patient and take the time to make sure you understand the moves. Kids coaches are amazing!!! Teaches discipline and helps them focus. If you are looking for an active way to get in shape and lose weight then come to forge and roll. The hardest part of Jiu Jitsu is walking through the door, after that you set your own journey on how far you want to go.”

“Met the Forge Team at the Virginia State Championships. What a great group of folks. My daughter competed against one of their champions. I asked what the best part about the tournament was and she said she made a new friend. They are what BJJ is all about.”

“I originally found Forge while looking for something for our oldest to help her learn to defend herself. My husband and myself ended up joining in as well when we realized there is something for the whole family. Offers classes from yoga, to a quick kettlebell workout, and jiu jitsu. Perfect place for families, beginners, and experts. Our family joined Forge in early 2022 and we will continue to train here until they leave town or we do. We've met friends that we know we'll have for a lifetime because of this gym.”
