Professor Ryan is a passionate & technical Black Belt with a lifetime of grappling knowledge. The curriculum is less sporty and more pragmatic but remains current and effective. The teens and kids programs really do a great job of building up the students & the adult program has a good group of men and women that enjoy the hobby of training Martial Arts as well as those who love to compete.”
