“Great Gym if you’re visiting Kona, Hawaii, very good experience. They have many options for all different levels of Brazilian jiu-jitsu. I really like the fact that they had options for Gi and NoGi classes. I spoke to the professor prior to arriving per their website Instructions, he sent me the waiver through text. I was able to sign it and send back. It made check in very efficient and fast. I took the Tuesday night, nogi class and it had a great mix of jiu-jitsu players and overall I had a challenging workout. If you’re on the island and you want a quality workout, check this studio out during your visit. The drop-in fee was reasonable and whenever I’m back on the island, I will definitely make sure to go to this gym. thank you again foundation BJJ for a great time and good experience.”
