“I love this gym!!! Have essentially grown up the last 20 years with these guys, took a decade off and came back home to Professor Jay finally opening his own gym. Few locations to land here, but the current Professors, instructors, and all the team members are just amazing people...no gym rats, we keep em' out!! There is no other gym where you can get so much for the lowest cost around....gi, no-gi, leg locks, grappling, beginner classes, huge kids classes, women's only classes, self-defense, MMA, boxing (5am, lunch time, evening), 24 hour weight lifting and cardio equipment, sauna, cold plunge, and showers!!!! And all this taught by insanely technical and knowledgeable black belts, firefighters, local and federal law enforcement officers, ex-intelligence agents, and golden gloves boxers! Come join us!!”

“The Grizcave is a family friendly, positive place for members of all ages and sexes to learn to love Jiu-Jitsu. The gym has weight equipment, a treadmill, and punching bags to encourage overall fitness. I used to sit on the sideline and watch my husband and kids train and eventually decided to try it myself. It was the best decision for my overall mental and physical health. I highly recommend the Franklin Jiu-Jitsu Club!”
