“Dropped in for the 6am class while visiting Milwaukee. Freeform has a very welcoming atmosphere. While I have a background in wrestling, I have no experience in Jiu Jitsu, but everyone was accommodating of this and made the experience fun and challenging. Matt’s technique instruction was extremely clear, and was paced in a cohesive manner. The Gym itself is gorgeous, and located right off the lakefront so you can catch a nice breeze after some intense bouts of live sparring.”
