“Our jiu jitsu experience started in December of 2021. My husband noticed the sign outside which made us stop in one day. Coach Tina approached us immediately and told us about the kids classes. We came in the following week and haven’t stopped going since then. Coach Tina and Coach Isaiah are amazing. They give the kids the encouragement, bring out the confidence, and motivation they need to get through the next move. They have constantly provided the kids with love and support both in and out of class. I have seen my kids grow so much. My husband decided to take a step on the mat and join a month and half ago. He has found a new hobby. Kyle teaches the adult classes with knowledge, respect, and techniques. So after watching my kids for over a year and my husband recently…I decided it was my turn. I am currently doing the 7 day trial and I can confirm that I will most likely to continue. I would 100% recommend Frequency BJJ and Fitness to everyone. I mean I could go on.
