““Fulcrum Jujitsu Academy is where you go to have your ego gently folded, tossed out the window, and replaced with a profound respect for people smaller than you who can turn you into a human paperclip. I came in thinking, ‘I’m here to learn self-defense!’ Now I realize what I’m really learning is how to lose…creatively. The instructors at Fulcrum are amazing—encouraging, skilled, and incredibly polite. You’ll spend half the class thinking, ‘I got this!’ and the other half tapping out to someone who doesn’t even break a sweat. It’s humbling, hilarious, and absolutely worth it. If you want a workout, a lesson in humility, and more laughs and friendship than you’d expect from martial arts, Fulcrum Jujitsu Academy has you covered!””

“Our gym was closed for construction so Evan invited our team to train at Fulcrum. The class was amazing, and Evan and the students ar Fulcrum were so welcoming to our team and so great to train with. The atmosphere was great, and the class showed me concepts I've never seen in almost two decades of jiu-jitsu. Thank you for the hospitality, Fulcrum is an amazing place to train.”

“I'm only 10 classes in, but what a great group of individuals I've been meeting and learning from! Coaches are amazing! I'm so happy to be a part of this team!”

“I dropped in for a nogi class.( traveling on business) I immediately noticed how clean everything was and there was no sweaty mat smell, which was impressive given how many people were already on the mats. Professor Barrett came by and introduced himself which was cool. His instruction was really good both technically and I liked the conceptual aspect as well. People on the mats seemed like a cool group. I am glad to have an opportunity to train with them.”

“We love it here! It's bigger than it looks from the outside they have a huge basement area, too. It's been a few years now, and our kids have really grown in jiu-jitsu. The coaches are awesome and do a great job breaking down moves and teaching them. Very family-friendly and even offers family rates. The first class is free if you want to check it out. It's the best place to learn confidence without ego. Priceless.”
