“Me and my partner went in for their free class and they were amazing. Good group of people here with a lot of skill and knowledge to be shared. I've been doing martial arts of varying kinds for nearly 15 years and so I feel relatively qualified in being able to judge a good instructor. We went over some basics, and within the hour the instructor walked us through some basic defenses in a clear way that had my partner (who is right at 300 pounds smaller than me) throwing me around with ease. Well worth the time, my hips will hate me later lol. Come check them out if you are in the area”
