“This is an excellent facility. In 2024, our daughters (8 and 6 at the time) wanted to try something new and we stumbled upon Gael Force Jiu Jitsu. Coach Alex, Coach Adam, and many others welcomed our family and guided our daughters during classes. Our 8-year old actually competed in a few meets and had wonderful experiences. This is one of the best facilities in the area. Coaches are focused on developing people in addition to developing athletes if that makes sense. Athletes develop confidence, a strong work ethic, the ability to handle adversity, and they have a lot of fun doing it. Best wishes and congratulations on your success!”

When our daughter first expressed interest in martial arts a few years ago, we wanted her to not only learn practical self-defense but also develop the confidence to stand up to bullies with assertiveness. Alex delivered on both fronts. Recently, we brought our entire Girl Scout troop for a lesson, and Alex once again exceeded our expectations. The session focused on standing up for themselves, showing respect, and taking proactive steps to prevent bullying. By the time the lesson was over, many of the Girl Scouts were already asking their parents when they could do it again.”
