“I’ve been training here for about 2 years. George (Professor/gym owner) has a lifetime of martial arts experience and has a gift for teaching. Great vibe, all ages and experience levels welcome (my whole family trains here now) He can get you ready for the Octagon, teach you some basic self defense or just have a great time while getting in shape. Super clean gym, great location and convenient class times/schedule. Ossu!”

“Ladies...and gents too, but especially ladies. If you're looking for a safe space to train... A safe space to learn self-defense and gain some self-confidence, then this is your place! Coach George is absolutely amazing. I started solely with the intention of learning self-defense and now I'vebeen training for over 2 years already! Jiu-jitsu has become my happy place. It's very challenging but so rewarding! Any age and skill level. Coach George keeps a clean school. Fun and relaxed environment. Whether you want to train to compete or just as a hobby, you can achieve your goals here with Coach George. Also have to give a shout to our other amazing coach, Coach Ransom, who's addition to our training staff as been so amazing. Both coaches work so well with each other, and no matter which coach is doing class, the vibe is the same. There are plenty of classes to choose from, including mornings and Saturdays. Come out and meet our family!”

“Being older and concerned about the potential for injury training with people much younger than myself had always kept me from joining a BJJ school in the past. After meeting George and seeing how he runs his program I felt this was the right fit for me. George is a great instructor and has created an atmosphere to learn safely and effectively regardless of your age. I highly recommend this place for anyone considering taking BJJ.”
