“Perfect place to learn for both Children and Adults / beginners or advanced. Instructors are very welcoming, experienced, eager to help, and maintain a clean and friendly environment. They offer 2 free trial classes and if you want to continue there are no contracts. After gym hoping here and there, I can confidently say you simply won’t find a better local gym to train.”

“What a great addition located in the heart of downtown Gastonia. Amazing group of people with instructors who have been in the game from the beginning. Jeff is a well known Jiu jitsu practitioner from the charlotte area who’s has won national competitions and is still competing. What a blessing to the Gastonia area!”
