“Recently went as they offered a complimentary Self Defense class for woman. As an Asian female nowadays, we felt it was important to take and I'm so glad we did. We were encouraged to sign up with a partner so we would be sparring with someone we already knew (for health/safety). The instructors showed us the moves slowly and walked around to make sure we were doing it correctly. After, they provided us with personal alarms in partnership with the NYPD and felt we learned such valuable takeaways from this one class.”
