“My kids and husband have been participating and we are so happy with the experience. The professors are so kind and gentle with the kids when they need that, but can provide good firm guidance when that’s what is needed. It’s the perfect balance. My son learns best from direct instruction, rather than discovery, and that has been provided for him. They really make sure that they tailor the information provided for each learner. My husband jumped in and tried a class, and fell completely in love with the sport and gym. He’s gotten in great shape and feels really healthy and has a positive outlook. They speak English and Spanish at this gym, so your kids will be exposed to both languages as a bonus! You can see from my picture how loving the professor is for the kids. It’s a clean facility, great instruction and they’re able to effectively teach and communicate our children some of who have adhd. We love their bilingual as well!
