“I took my son and nephew to the intro class today and they loved it! I love that the classes are kept small. They really take their time to help the kids learn. I can't wait for my son to start in a week. I couldn't get him to do karate or anything else but he jumped right in and couldn't stop talking about it all day! He's 5 years old and his cousin is 6. They had such a great experience. I don't think they're over priced.”

“This place was great. Stopped by for some training while visiting family in Modesto and was very impressed at the welcoming environment I encountered. The instructors there gave a very solid, detail oriented class that focused on the details of this move. The attitude of the students was great as well, intense rolling but no jerks. Very clean and well kept school. Positive competitive environment that is well worth your time and money.”

“The coaches are amazing! They have great class management skills, are very encouraging of the children, have patience, and make classes fun for the students all while teaching the students correct form, techniques, and skills. My children look forward to their classes, and truly feel supported by their coaches. It is amazing to see the smile on my children's faces when they grasp a new concept, feel like they made their coach proud, and support their peers, and feel supported by their peers. Karl and the rest of the staff make everyone feel like family, and my family and I appreciate that so much! It is rare to find a group of coaches who display the kindness, respect, professionalism, and passion that they all do. They demonstrate that they truly want their students to be able to confidently defend themselves and grow their self-esteem. Also, the gym is so clean and does not smell like other similar types of gyms. My only regret, is that we did not start this years ago!”

“My child absolutely loves his classes. So far, we've only had good experiences here. The coaches are firm with the kids but it's jiu-jitsu, not ballet. And my son already knows when he steps on the mat, it's serious time.”

“Not very professional more like a hang out for the instructors and there girls friends and fast food. Kids are asking if they can have a bite of there food. We also had an incident where they stood my son in the corner facing the wall for 45 mins crying . The instructor was yelling to my son if you drop any tears your going to mop my mat. Needless to say I Pulled my kids out and found an amazing Jujitsu class and they love it.”
