Not only does Gracie Allegiance Ohio have a great adult program but also kids and teenagers. Several of us enjoy helping coach the kids and teens. This helps us understand jiu-jitsu better by having to be able to convey the lessons being taught by Professor Cable. Professor Cable also mentors higher ranking students and challenges them to teach classes. As an academy we encourage each other to compete and help one another prepare for upcoming tournaments.
