I’ve seen a lot of growth in my son since he first started and the classes are great when it comes to teaching your kid to lose graciously. It’s very structured with warm ups, the lesson and some sparring, and then their game at the very end. The best thing about this place is that all of the kids are sweethearts here. “If you’re in the area check this gym out! They allow you to test your grappling skills. The partners I rolled with were very strong with frames and had a good foundation. The temperament of my partners was controlled and with a purpose. As a very flexible 10th Planet athlete they were more concerned for my safety than I was in situations. I know my limitations though and they let the rolling proceed. I’ve been training 4 years.”
