“Great environment to learn jiu jitsu! I appreciate how each coach not only has a passion for jiu jitsu, but they also care for me and all the other students as a person. The coaches pay great attention to safety, which is vital to be able to consistently train. I want to say more but there are too many good things to say. If your still reading this review you should come by and visit us!”

“Absolutely love this place! After slacking on working out forever and then 2020 happening, I needed something to get me moving and motivated. This was it. Everyone here, including the other students, is extremely welcoming and encouraging. If you're embarrassed about being out of shape like me, but want a wonderful environment to train in AND to learn jiu jitsu while you're at it, don't hesitate to check them out! I was shocked to find out the things I could do from the start and it's had such a positive impact on my mental health. Not least to mention how wonderful and kind our coaches/professors are.”
