Super spacious, super open to beginners, and top notch instruction all at a good price. Professor Melvin is regarded as one of the best GB teachers in the state (he's scary good). And Coach Holly is really great and supportive. If you're new to the art, there's no better place to try it.”

“A fantastic school to learn BJJ with rock solid fundamentals. There has been a recent change in instructors and our new professor Melvin is the highest ranked black belt in the state. All of the team have great attention to detail. Even if you have experience with other gyms and other professors you will still learn a lot. The atmosphere amount students is very mature and collegial. Everyone is very warm, friendly, and eager to learn. When my son is old enough he will definitely be training here. The only challenge can be parking.”
