“Great family environment. We have 2 girls 12 & 6 who go for ju Jitsu and Muay Thai. Coach Muay and the team are patient and great teachers. This is true training, not like a karate class. The kids apply what they learn each session in sparing. It's not hard, just focused. My 3 yr old son has even been allowed to take part and will be full-on training next year.”
