“Jiu Jitsu has changed my life for the better, it has taught me discipline, consistency, and instilled more confidence in my self defense skills. I cant begin to thank the folks at gracie barra enough for all that they do week in and week out to guide me on my way to not only being a better martial artist, but a better man. If you have any hesitation about starting let me be the first to tell you that any self doubt you may have is nonsense, professor Murillo is knowledgeable beyond belief and the staff are the friendliest, most respectful people you could imagine. I started almost a year ago and haven't looked back since, i hope to see new faces continue to pop up in our gym, old or young, male or female, truthfully all are welcome.”

“Our son has been practicing at Gracie Barra Castle Rock for about six months, and we couldn't be happier. The instructors are phenomenal, fostering a supportive and disciplined environment that has helped our son grow both on and off the mat. It’s been incredible to watch his confidence, focus, and skills develop. Gracie Barra Castle Rock absolutely rocks and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional martial arts experience!”

“My son has been a student at Gracie Barra for a year and we love it. We were at another gym before and Gracie Barra has blown us out of the water! The instructors are phenomenal, the gym is kept very clean, and the community is great! They also plan fun events, and provide a ton of support for the students who want to compete in tournaments. If you want to try jujitsu for your kids or for yourself, I cannot recommend Gracie Barra Castle Rock enough!”

“Love this place! Great coaches. I’m a black belt in 2 other styles and if you are interested in a full body workout and an education in life there is no better than jiujitsu! Great for both kids and adults.”

“The professor’s and coaches at this school are extremely patient with all the children. There’s never any pressure to participate, every child is treated respectfully. Respect, and listening is the theme that resonates every practice. If you have a 3 year old you know how hard it can be to get them to listen (still work in progress). Most of all my son looks forward to practice more often. The kids have a lot of fun.”
