“I’ve reviewed this gym before as a parent of a participant, but I just did my first family class with my kids and husband this past weekend and had the best time! Prof Arnaldo helped our family learn how to protect ourselves and we had so much fun doing it together. I love being able to takeaway the knowledge while also having a great time. “My son and I joined the team on Friday and our first day was yesterday ( 8/29/2023). I was a little worried about injuries and just over all nervous. I will say that the coaching, staff and current members are fantastic. It’s a really welcoming place, they introduce you to the members and get you paired with knowledgeable coaches. I went to all other BJJ gyms, hands down the best on this side of town. Update: Were are two months into our membership and now my daughter has joined. Cant say enough, great gym. The professor is the best, great with Children. Dont hesitate, join the family !”

“Been training here for a year and a half. Definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made. My son started about 5 months ago. Very family oriented, and the head instructor is a great teacher, blending self defense, and the technicality of “sport Jiu Jitsu” together in a way that’s understandable for all levels. “Great gym! Coach Arnoldo is a very insightful teacher and is clearly dedicated to training his students right, not to mention everyone else was welcoming and humble since I’m just now getting back into BJJ and Wrestling. Would most definitely recommend them!”
