“I’ve visited Gracie Barra facilities across the U.S.—multiple cities in Arizona, Texas, Florida, and California. I travel frequently for work and always enjoy checking out local Gracie Barra locations. Sometimes I bring my gi and belt; other times, I rent one at the daily rate. That said, I’ve never had trouble getting in touch with a Gracie Barra location—until now. I called the Charlotte location’s number listed on both Google and their website at least 6–7 times before arriving in town. I also texted, as their voicemail instructs. I hope this lack of communication isn’t standard practice for this location, because it’s not what I’ve come to expect from Gracie Barra.”
