“Gracie Barra Dawsonville has changed not only my son’s life—but our families as a whole. When our son started there, he had never done any type of sport or physical activity. He is naturally shy by nature and we wanted to protect him out in the real world. This family—this place—teaches them to do exactly that. Every weekend we get to enjoy “family class” which allows the members and their family to do jiu jitsu together. While he has class, I have made friendships with some of the other moms and families. One of the reasons I originally choose this gym was because they offer jiujitsu classes for him 5 days a week, and he also takes a striking class another day, so he goes 6 days a week.
