“Great location to train and learn fundamentals if you’re just getting into Jiu Jitsu or trying to excel in the sport for competitions. Professor Jason really takes his time making sure you understand all the moves to progress in your journey and prevent from any injuries. Highly recommended especially for families. Gracie Barra motto states that “Jiu Jitsu is for Everyone” and this couldn’t be more accurate.”

“The Gracie Barra Fredericksburg gym has the nicest facilities in the local jiu jitsu community hands down. The coaches have a deep understanding of jiu jitsu as well as what it takes to keep a family friendly culture that parents feel comfortable bringing their kids too. The facilities are very clean!”

“This place is a top-notch BJJ academy. The instructors are extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and communicative. The gym is clean, well-maintained, and fosters a supportive atmosphere where everybody pushes one other to improve. This is an excellent place to grow in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. 10/10”

“Consistent schedule for those who work. Quick to get from Stafford Garrisonville or Rt1/Embry Mill. 1.2 miles from the hospital. Great atmosphere and a place for families or kids to sit and watch class.”
