“Love training here at Gracie Barra Kapolei. First my 4 year old son started training and he loved it. After bring him to class for a few months I decided to try the class out myself and I loved it! The coaches are very good with kids and adults, I had no previous experience with any kind of martial arts, but the coaches really help me understand the proper techniques.
