“I have been bringing my son here for about 8 months. It was definitely an adjustment for him. But he has thrived in so many ways. The coaches are great. Professor Josh has been so patient with my son and is such a great teacher. There's also a women's class on Friday nights ran by Professor Solange that I have tried and really enjoyed and hope to continue. It's really a great community and I look forward to continue coming here!”

“I have been training here for about a year and a half, having never done jiu jitsu before. This gym has amazing instruction and community. They also do a great job keeping the gym and mats clean which I appreciate. Professors Josh and Solange do a great job, from teaching classes to running in-house tournaments to hone our competition skills. Professors Garrick and others in the morning are very friendly and inviting, providing a great way to start your day. I would highly recommend anyone interested take the plunge and start here!”

“Josh is a wizard at BJJ and they have a real cute dog there sometimes. The kickboxing class is both intense and very welcoming for beginners (like myself) Pretty much my favorite place to be”
