The staff was so professional and explained everything thoroughly, they were very patient with helping me learn and get adjusted before diving into it. All of the women who already trained before were SO well trained. I absolutely loved the experience and cannot wait to return. I learned how to get out of a headlock in 1 hr (Thank you Diana) and been trying it on my husband in the house ever since lol. It was clean and the instructors were outstanding!
