“Dropped by for a class while in town for the Pan Am Tournament. The gym/facility was tremendously clean, easy to find, and had ample parking- even with what seemed like 20+ kids on the mats when I showed up. Prof. Adrian was more than welcoming to myself, my teammates & my professor who came to train one day before the tournament. Treated us as family in & out the door- and that was with his own actual family there to help run the classes. Every person in the room was more than willing to help with our preparation, and in the best & most measured way- hard to find at a BJJ drop in. Prof. Adrian and his team set the standard for how a jiu jitsu school should run. 100% will come back to train when I come back to Orlando!”

He was able to teach his mindset to the more experienced students so they help the newbies with their difficulties, creating an environment where everyone feels welcome. I definitely recommend this place for everyone who wants to learn self defense.”
