“Went to a class while visiting and I was extremely impressed. Professor Bernardo was awesome and the gym has an incredible atmosphere. The class started with a quick warm up, then we learned a takedown and then spent time on rubber guard. Professor Bernardo was very attentive to all the students and spent time refining everyone's technique throughout. I felt like a learned a ton in the hour of teaching. At the end of class we rolled and everyone was great - competitive but friendly and felt very safe.”
