“I’d like to leave my review here to congratulate this Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school. I’m Brazilian, and my daughter might be the only student with Brazilian parents currently training at GB Oro Valley, so I feel confident in saying that the professor does an outstanding job. I’ve read some previous reviews, and of course, not everyone will always agree with everything in a class — but it’s important to trust the instructor’s experience and let him lead the way he knows best. My daughter is only 5 years old and has been training for just one year, and I can already see how much Jiu-Jitsu has helped her. She’s become more confident, disciplined, and respectful, and she’s learning to socialize better with other kids. Jiu-Jitsu also contributes to her overall education — it teaches children there’s a time to speak and a time to listen, how to deal with frustration, and how to overcome challenges. Personally, I really appreciate the way Professor Valentino runs the classes. He’s not just teaching martial arts — he also shares important life values, helping shape the students into good citizens.”
