“This gym is amazing. We would pass by fairly often, but because of it's location it's easy to overlook (it's across the street from Stater Brothers on Varner). It wasn't until we needed to find an established Gracie Barra Jui Jitsu gym in the desert, that we found out about Gracie Barra Palm Desert. We intended to do a walk-in, just to get a feel for the place, but ended up doing a full on trial with the rest of the class! They were very patient in explaining the techniques to my son and made it a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Needless to say, we signed up that day. The pricing is pretty fair and straightforward. Expect to pay a bit more for the first month's fee since you'll be buying this cool looking blue Gi you see in the photos (my son loves his). There's also a nice block of weekly training sessions so it should end up a worthwhile investment if you're serious about going every week.
