“Our daughter, has been training for a little over three years. We never thought she would take part in any type of martial arts, but after just one BJJ lesson, she was completely hooked! The lessons are great and the workout is amazing. Not only is she learning the sport of Jiu Jitsu but she is also learning self-defense.
