“GB Nocatee is a great family oriented gym for ALL ages - Kids, teenagers, and adults! When you enter the academy you are eagerly welcomed by staff, professors & coaches, and members. We love the spacious mats, cleanliness, there’s a cold plunge, compression boots, and my favorite - the SAUNA! My 2 kids train at GB Nocatee & what we love seeing is the camaraderie between the kids and them having FUN! They’ve met some new friends there and look forward to training & hanging out afterwards while the parental units (husband and I) train. As an adult participating, I am appreciative of the helpful coaches and professors who break down the techniques with ease. After a long day of work, coming to the academy is something we look forward to. Best part also is that there are Friday classes for all ages.
