“I’d give Gracie Barra San Antonio more stars if I could. The culture that they’ve created there is amazing. It’s one of love, hard work, and discipline. I have 4 kids from 10-17 that attend and they are so good with each age group. They’ve even got their 70 year old grandfather attending with them now and he loves it as well. They genuinely care about each of their students. It has been a blessing to find this school. ***update Since writing my initial review, I’ve joined my family at Gracie Barra San Antonio, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I had always been hesitant to start BJJ, but when they introduced an all-women’s class, I decided to give it a shot. Not only is it an incredible workout, but I’m surrounded by an amazing group of women. My son started online school and participates in GB San Antonio’s homeschool class for PE, which has become the highlight of his week. Professor Fabiana is an outstanding athlete with a deep understanding of the sport. She’s incredibly attentive to each person’s needs, which makes her classes accessible to a wide variety of people. The other professors and coaches who work alongside her are exceptional.”

“I have been attending the all women’s fundamentals class (GBF) for about 6 months. I started jiu-jitsu at 34 and bring my baby girl with me. I recommend it to all my female/mom friends. It’s an incredible culture to be a part of. The coaches are friendly, inviting, approachable, and interactive. The training is addicting and fun, challenging and a great workout! The gym is clean, well kept and organized, with a great waiting area for the whole family.”
